Viewing Messages

You can access your messages by clicking the mail (middle) tab on the left menu. All your messages will populate within that tab. Click “Go to Inbox” to send a message or manage your messages.

Click the “Inbox” tab to see your messages. Click the “Sent Items” tab to see your sent messages.

Creating Messages

Click the mail (middle) tab on the left menu, then select “Got to Inbox.” Click the “New Message” button to create a new message.

Click the “@” button to add members to your message. You can select from a list of members or a list of your groups.

Type your text in the subject and main body fields, then click the “Send” button to send your message.

Deleting Messages

Click the mail (middle) tab on the left menu, then select “Got to Inbox.”

From the “Inbox” tab, check the box next to the message(s) you want to delete, then click the trash icon.

From the “Sent” tab, check the box next to the message(s) you want to delete, then click the trash icon.

Marking Messages Read or Unread

Click the mail (middle) tab on the left menu, then select “Got to Inbox.”

From the “Inbox” tab, check the box next to the message(s) you want to mark read or unread. Then click the open envelope icon to mark a message read or click the closed envelope icon to mark a message unread.
